Verkkokaupan ennakkomaksetut noudot sijoitetaan noutoautomaattiin.
Muista antaa toimiva matkapuhelinnumero, johon voimme lähettää noutoa koskevan SMS-viestin.
Noutaminen myymälästä tai automaatista ei maksa mitään – se on ilmainen toimitustapa ilman piilokuluja.
Tilaa ennen klo 12, niin voit noutaa tilauksesi saman arkipäivän aikana, mikäli tuotteita on varastossa.
Order pickup and locker usage
On this page you’ll find answers to the most frequently asked questions about using the Partco pickup locker and collecting your order.
1. Pickup
When your order is placed in the locker, you will receive a text message to the phone number provided with your order. Enter the code you received into the door reader and add an asterisk (*) at the end. Step into the entrance area and enter the same code into the locker (without the asterisk). The compartment will open and you can collect your order.
If the locker is full and we cannot place your order there immediately, it can be picked up from our store on weekdays 09:00–17:00.
Note: The area is under video surveillance.
You should collect your order within 3 days of receiving the SMS message.

3. What if I never received the code by text message?
If your number was correct:
– we may not have transferred your order to the locker yet due to lack of space.
If your number was incorrect:
– contact our customer service so we can correct the number and resend the code.
4. What should I do if the outer door does not open?
If no lights appear on the door reader when pressing the keys, contact our customer service.
If the door reader shows a green light after entering the code but the door does not open, contact our customer service.
5. What should I do if the locker door does not open?
Possible reasons may include:
– an expired code (your order has been moved back to the pickup shelf)
– a technical issue with the locker or compartment
