Description

The Vgate iCar2 BT3.0 diagnostic interface is a universal tool for wireless diagnostics of cars with the OBD2 system. It uses the popular 16-pin connector and is equipped with a Bluetooth 3.0 module, thanks to which it can be used with mobile devices with Android, iOS and a computer. Vgate iCar2 can be used to support most cars, including:

• with a petrol engine sold after January 1, 2001 in Europe
• with a diesel engine sold after January 1, 2004 in Europe

The diagnostic interface offers a wide range of functions that allow you to check engine parameters, log its work or read errors and delete them:

• Reading and erasing OBD-II errors
• Clearing the CHECK ENGINE light
• Read pending fault codes when the MIL is not yet on
• Reading the fault codes recorded that caused the MIL to come on
• Reading of manufacturer's general and specific error codes
• View Freeze Frames - FREEZE FRAMES
• Monitoring of engine operating parameters in real time - LIVE DATA
• Online parameter reading
• Checking the meaning of error codes
• Engine power measurement (HP)
• Measurement of parameters such as time from 0-100 km/h

To communicate with the module, the user can use one of the free OBD2 compatible applications available for Android devices, e.g. Car Scanner, Torque, SDPROG, Piston.

The device has an on button and a built-in 30-minute timer, thanks to which the user can leave the interface in the car without fear that it will discharge the battery.
