A fast, powerful computer built into a high-quality keyboard, for an ultimate and compact PC experience. Raspberry Pi 500 features the same quad-core 64-bit Arm processor and RP1, I/O controller found in Raspberry PI 5.

The Raspberry Pi 500 features the Broadcom's BCM2712 chip with four 2.4 GHz Arm Cortex-A76 processor cores and an 800 MHz VideoCore VII graphics processor capable of OpenGL ES 3.1 and Vulkan 1.2 graphics. It is expected to deliver a significant improvement in graphical performance.

Additionally, the device can output to two 4K resolution displays at 60 Hz with HDR simultaneously via its HDMI ports.

The Raspberry Pi 500 includes a brand-new component developed in-house by the Raspberry Pi Foundation, called the RP1 southbridge, which is part of the chipset. Its purpose is to handle communication with peripherals. This new component enables faster data transfer between peripherals and the Raspberry Pi.
