Sodium hydroxide (NaOH, or lye) is used as a developer of UV-illuminated switch plates.
After exposure, the plate is incubated in the developer for a few minutes. An image of the circuit board appears on the surface of the plate. In the next step, the bare areas are etched away.
- mix ratio 10g with one litre of lukewarm water (max. 25°C)
- max. 35°C
- the same solution can be used several times
- take the used solution to the appropriate waste collection point
