Used for etching the copper surface of switch plates.
Copper dents on the plate can be marked using a drawing pen or by exposing a UV-sensitive lacquer-coated switch plate to light (a cradle is also required). The etching process takes a few tens of minutes.
- add the granules to the hanakuuma water according to the dosage instructions
- Sufficiency approx. 200-250g per 1L
- the warmer the solution, the faster the process
- the same solution can be used several times
- thesolution is transparent which makes it easy to monitor the corrosion process
- the solution is in principle disposable and the finished solution should not be stored for long periods of time
- the corrosive power can be increased with hydrochloric acid, which is available from pharmacies (use only in a well ventilated area)
- take the used solution to the appropriate waste collection point
