Rigol's RSA5000 series real-time spectrum analyzers have 100% propablility of intercept (POI) of signals longer than 7.4us in real-time mode. In addition, the 5000N series analyzers are equipped with a versatile vector network analyzer and a tracking generator.

With the optional EMI mode, the RSA5000 is ideal for EMI precompliance testing.
