PeakTech 5086 LUX METER 0-400000 Lux

This LED LUX meter, featuring a 3 3/4-digit LCD display (max. 3999), is a precise measuring device suitable for measuring the illuminance of LED lights, fluorescent lamps, or traditional filament bulbs with different light colors. Measurements are taken in lux (lx), foot candles (fc), or candela (cd).

Basic lux meters are usually designed only for standard light sources, such as filament lamps with a color temperature of 2856 K. This can result in inaccurate measurements at different color temperatures.

The PeakTech 5086 model allows different light source factors to be set, e.g., for measuring various neon lamps, filament bulbs, as well as red, blue, yellow, or daylight LEDs. The device has 10 freely adjustable correction factors for different light sources, 99 memory locations for measurement values, and other useful measurement functions such as minimum and maximum value functions and data hold.

This makes the device ideal for professional use, such as occupational safety or evaluating lighting systems.
