Delivery terms

Please read our Terms and conditions of use.

With all delivery method there is a minimum order total of 7,00€ (5,58€ vat excl.). Order under this limit is not available using web shop.

Starting 15.10.2020 we will add an additional fee of 5,00€ (3,98€ vat 0%) to brokerage product order. You may order max 5 different products.

Orders to be picked up

• order should be placed before 12 o'clock to get it delivered on the same weekday
• orders are prepayed or invoiced
• orders can be picked up from our store but only after receiving email or SMS from us and within one week
• some chemicals, extra long or heavy products like antennas, acid batteries etc. are pick-up-only

Note! No extra fee is charged when order is to be picked from Partco store or pick-up machine.

Shipping by mail to Finland (Posti ex Itella)

• order should be placed before 12 o'clock to get it delivered on the same day - only for Postipaketti 9, 14, and 16
• deliveries by letter have upper value limit of 25,00€ (19,92€ vat excl)
• if order total is under 100,00€ (79,68€ vat 0%), we will charge posting fee
• if your order total is over 100,00€ (79,68€ vat 0%), no shipping fee is charged*
• over heavy packages (over 34 kg) are charged by their final postal expencies
• pick-up-only products are always mentioned seperately
• we will send you a tracking id by email

Note! The above conditions apply only to web shop orders. For orders placed by e-mail or telephone, we charge delivery charges regardless of the total amount of the order.

Delivery by TNT

With TNT Express, you can get delivery in a day or two anywhere in Europe. This is air freight. The maximum size of individual products is 60x50x40cm.

TNT Economy service then takes longer, depending on the destination country. It is a land freight. The maximum size of individual products is 60x50x40cm.

A more detailed description of TNT services

Delivery by DB Schenker

Schenker delivers the parcels to the company's premises. If the customer is not present, the parcel will be returned to the local terminal and delivery will be attempted again the next day.

Schenker tries to deliver 3 times, after which the parcel is returned to the sender. You can also collect the parcel from your local Schenker terminal.

Note! The recipient's telephone number is mandatory.

SCH Parcel is a parcel shipment where the maximum size of a single item is 60x50x40cm.

SCH System is a parcel or pallet shipment. The maximum size of a single product is 60x50x40cm or 120x100x180cm on a pallet (depending on the position).

Number of products sold

• products are sold item by item unless mentioned otherwise

Prices in webshop

• web shop prices are with sales tax VAT (vat24% or vat10%) included
• if using an account registered as company account all prices are VAT excluded
• we reserve rights for any price updates (also after orders placed in)
• special pricing and coupons is available in web shop only

Bargain prices

• when buying 10 or over items of same article 10% will be taken off from the unit price
• this rule doesn't apply for product families such as:
  • cables in full roll: -20%
  • batteries in full boxes: -10%
  • Weller soldering irons and spare parts: no bargains

Payment methods in Partco Pickup Store

• in cash (euros)
• Finnish bank cards, credit cards and Visa Electron

Payment methods with Mail Deliveries

• prepayment using Paytrail payment gateway
• invoice proforma only on special request
• invoice for companies (requires our validation)

Reclaims and return policy

• note time is eight (8) days
• we don't accept returning of special made / customised products like: cables with customer specified connectors etc.
• before you return the product, contact us to get the proper return instructions
• return method and refunds are agreed case wise
• write a returning letter with following information:
  • with whom and when this return was agreed
  • the invoice number
  • product name and number of products to be returned
  • reason of return
• following products cannot be returned:
  • brokerage products from operators like Farnell, Elfa, Digikey, Mouser
  • semiconductors
  • rubber belts
  • specially made cables and wires
  • batteries taken out from their packages

Seller responsibility

Buyer has no right to reclaim any compensation caused by purchased product failure or misuse including injuries to other products within the same shipment.

Seller is not obligated to compensate any harm caused by shipment delays or damaged products including harm caused by third party service providers.

Seller is not obligated to compensate any harm caused by delivery delays caused by product manufacturer or distributors.

Buyer should provide seller written reclaims within 14 days from order or delivery.

Dispute concerning a sales contract

If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, the consumer can submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution. Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Local Register Offices Consumer Advisory Service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
