The RPL2316 is a high-performance logic probe designed to connect digital buses and signals under test to Rigol's MSO2000A, MSO4000, MSO7000, and MSO8000 series mixed signal oscilloscopes.

It separates 16 digital channels into two branch headers, each containing 8 signal channels (D0-D7 and D8-D15) plus 12 ground channels, facilitating flexible signal connections and improved signal integrity.
